Early access

Run it while it is being built

A few shops are using this before it is released, on a server we set up for them. Ninety days. They get what they ask for in days instead of quarters, and we get to build against real work.

Running with a small number of shops we already know, so there is nothing to sign up to here. The agreement is one page: the server is ours, your data is yours, and your build sheets never leave us.

What a shop gets

The software, free, for the whole program
No price is set yet, and nothing is owed while this runs.
Your requests, in days
The blueprint changes shipped this year came from shops asking for them by name.
A direct line
Not a ticket queue. You describe a problem in the words you use on the floor.
A server, set up and running
We supply the machine and stand it up. No specifying hardware, no install evening, no arguing with a firewall.
Your data, kept
A PostgreSQL database in your building, readable with any tool. Leaving the program does not take it away.

How support actually works

You call. Then you start a remote session from your own machine — the sort of screen sharing you have used before — and we work on the problem while you watch. You end it when we are done, or sooner.

That is the whole mechanism. No standing connection, nothing listening, nothing we can open from our end. What we see is what is on your screen — unavoidable if we are fixing the thing in front of you, and it stops when you say so.

What we will never do with it

Written into the agreement, not just promised here.

Your build sheets stay with you
No other shop sees them. No supplier, no investor, nobody at a conference. Not redacted, not anonymized, not "as an example" — a bore and a clearance on an unusual combination names the builder to anyone in the trade.
Nothing in marketing without asking
Every screenshot on this site was taken against invented data. If we ever want to show something of yours, we ask first, in writing, each time.
Never sold, never traded, never fed to a model
Not to a supplier, not to a data broker, not to anybody.

How it ends

Ninety days. Decided before you start, not after.

You get your data out first
A full copy, restored in front of you so you see it work. Or tell us which machine you want to run on and we move you onto it ourselves.
The server goes back, or you buy it
It is ours for the ninety days. Buying it afterwards is optional, and a separate conversation.
Then we wipe ours
Within ten days, confirmed in writing. Nothing is erased until you are holding your copy.
